Refund policy

Returns and refunds:

The policy is governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 

  • A full refund is offered if an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what is supposed to.
  • You must tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods ordered that you want to return them:

  • You must return the goods ordered in 14 days from that date.
  • You will be refunded within 14 days of the goods being received back with us
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase must be included
  • Returns are accepted only from the person who bought the item.

When we do not offer a refund

We do not offer refunds if you:

  • knew an item was faulty when it was bought
  • damaged an item by trying it on, tried to repair it or damaged by someone else trying to repair the damage

A refund is offered for certain items only if they’re faulty, such as:

  • personalised or custom-made items such as engraved items or rings ordered in a size specified by you, the customer
