Refund policy
Returns and refunds:
The policy is governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- A full refund is offered if an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what is supposed to.
- You must tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods ordered that you want to return them:

- You must return the goods ordered in 14 days from that date.
- You will be refunded within 14 days of the goods being received back with us
- The item must be returned in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be included
- Returns are accepted only from the person who bought the item.
When we do not offer a refund
We do not offer refunds if you:
- knew an item was faulty when it was bought
- damaged an item by trying it on, tried to repair it or damaged by someone else trying to repair the damage
A refund is offered for certain items only if they’re faulty, such as:
- personalised or custom-made items such as engraved items or rings ordered in a size specified by you, the customer
